Our goal is to help bridge the knowledge gap between industrial 3D printing technology and the local community… through access, experience, education, and innovation. We partner with organizations like Wi3D & WiWB because we believe in empowering women to explore additive manufacturing as a creatively satisfying career option with extraordinary potential, and to educate girls on the pathways to success with 3D Printing, providing a bright future in a creative and productive field. 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing will have a demand for skilled printers that will skyrocket in the next few years.
We want to help prepare our community for that demand.
The advancement of 3rd-generation technology has opened opportunities for a wide range of backgrounds and makes it possible for someone with an interest and desire to learn through experience to have a successful career. We support local Workforce Development Initiatives and encourage Apprenticeship programs, educational workshops for all ages, training & certification opportunities, job placement assistance, and offer live industrial 3D Printing demos at various events throughout the community for awareness.
